DAVID M. CATECHI

Mr. Catechi joined the Firm in 2005 as an associate in the Litigation Department.

EDUCATION

Mr. Catechi graduated with honors from the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. He received his law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. While at Hastings, David was a member of the Thurston Society and Order of the Coif; served as an extern to the Honorable Charles R. Breyer, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California; and was Senior Production Editor for the Hastings Law Journal.  He was a recipient of the CALI award and Witkin award for excellence in both Federal Pretrial Litigation and Negotiation & Mediation. Mr. Catechi authored “Two Wrongs Don’t Make a Patent Right,” 56 Hastings L.J. 769
