SUZANNE DE GALAN

Ms. De Galan joined the Firm in 2008 as an associate in the Business Department. She specializes in general business and corporate matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property transactions, licensing, commercial contracts, loans and other finance transactions. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. De Galan was associated with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP, in Palo Alto, California. Before attending law school, Ms. De Galan was an executive in the book publishing industry.

EDUCATION

Ms. De Galan received her B.A. degree in English, with honors, from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and her J.D. from Boalt Hall at the University of California at Berkeley. At Boalt, Ms. De Galan was an articles editor for the Ecology Law Quarterly and received the American Jurisprudence Award in Construction Law.
