Mr. Kennedy is a partner in the Real Estate Department, where his practice is focused on commercial real estate transactions, primarily leasing on behalf of technology companies (from start-ups to mature, publicly traded companies), including some of the world’s largest and fastest growing ventures. His practice also includes extensive representation of REITs and other institutional owners of commercial real estate. Representative clients include Oracle Corporation, Dropbox, Inc., Airbnb, Inc., Zendesk, Inc., and LendingClub, Inc., on the tenant side, and CBRE Global Investors, LaSalle Partners, The Paramount Group, and Invesco Asset Management, Inc. on the landlord side. In September 2018, he had the privilege of serving as the Honorary Duckmaster’s Assistant at the Peabody Hotel in Memphis, Tennessee.
Mr. Kennedy has lectured on real estate matters on behalf of the California State Bar, BOMA International, Nacor and others.
