Richard F. Munzinger

RICHARD F. MUNZINGER

Mr. Munzinger is a partner with expertise in many fields of civil litigation, including corporate disputes (involving public and private entities, including corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies), contract and tort disputes, intellectual property litigation, legal malpractice and securities litigation. Mr. Munzinger has extensive first and second chair litigation experience, and has successfully tried cases in state court, federal court, JAMS and the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Munzinger also has substantial experience mediating cases.

EDUCATION

Mr. Munzinger received his J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2001. He received a B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame in 1996, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Mr. Munzinger received a M.A. in Education from the University of Portland in 1998 and, before joining Shartsis Friese LLP, taught second and third grades in financially challenged Catholic schools in Fort Worth, Texas for two years.
