Ms. Stockholm joined the Firm in 2009 as an associate in the litigation department. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Stockholm was Production Manager for a privately held garment manufacturer. She has a complex commercial litigation practice which focuses on contracts and business torts, unfair competition, and intellectual property (including patents, trademarks and trade secrets).
Ms. Stockholm received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (Boalt Hall). While at Boalt Hall, Ms. Stockholm was a Supervising Editor of the California Law Review, and a member of Ecology Law Quarterly. She received awards including Best Oralist, the Prosser Prize in Quantitative Methods, and the Best Respondent’s Brief award in the James Patterson McBaine Honors Moot Court Competition. Ms. Stockholm worked as a research assistant to Professor Anne Joseph O’Connell, and as a teaching assistant in Written and Oral Advocacy, and in Appellate Advocacy. Ms. Stockholm twice served as Judicial Extern to the Hon. Joseph Spero, United States Magistrate Judge for the Northern District of California. Ms. Stockholm also holds a B.S. in Finance.
