DAVID SUOZZI

Mr. Suozzi joined the Firm in 2011 as an associate in the Firm’s Business Department.

EDUCATION

Mr. Suozzi received his J.D, magna cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2010, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. While at Georgetown, Mr. Suozzi was a Global Law Scholar, received a Keller Scholarship and was elected to the Barrister’s Counsel Appellate Advocacy. As a member of the Barrister’s Counsel Appellate Advocacy, Mr. Suozzi was one of two members that won the International Tax Moot Court in Belgium. Mr. Suozzi attended the University of British Columbia, in Vancouver Canada where he graduated magna cum laude.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE

Mr. Suozzi began his legal career at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he worked on mergers and acquisitions for private equity clients.
