Debt Financing

We regularly represent borrowers and lenders in innumerable complex and sophisticated loan transactions, involving secured and unsecured revolving and term loans. Secured loans may be secured by real or personal property, or a combination of the two.

We also advise clients on structured financings, including those secured by specified assets or financial instruments. We represent clients in the equipment finance industry. We represent clients in industrial revenue and pollution control financing arrangements, including those using credit enhancements such as letters of credit.
