Our Real Estate Department has extensive experience in all matters of real estate finance. Alan Robin, while Associate General Counsel at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, was the national coordinator for MetLife’s loan production activities throughout the United States and brings unparalleled expertise in representing both borrowers and lenders in all types of real estate lending in loans. In addition, over the years, we have been deeply involved in the resolution of many lender liability claims and loan workouts. We have also represented numerous corporate clients in their synthetic lease financing transactions.
