Cristina Rubke is of counsel to the Firm within the Litigation Department. Ms. Rubke’s principal areas of practice are trademark prosecution and business litigation. Ms. Rubke focuses on domestic and international trademark prosecution and counseling, including trademark availability, international protection, and the prosecution of U.S. trademark applications. She manages U.S. and international trademark portfolios for clients in a wide range of industries.
Ms. Rubke will be moderating the topic Protecting People with Disabilities and Medically at Risk at the BASF conference How to Be a Good Ally: A Strategic Engagement Conference on January 6, 2017.

Cristina is a member of the International Trademark Association and San Francisco Intellectual Property Law Association and serves on INTA’s Government Officials Training Committee. Ms. Rubke also serves via mayoral appointment as a member of the Board of Directors of the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency, which oversees public transportation, traffic and parking in San Francisco. As an avid sailor, Ms. Rubke served on the America’s Cup Organizing Committee for the 34th America’s Cup and currently serves on the board of the Bay Area Association of Disabled Sailors.
