Ms. Bryski’s real estate practice includes all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, financing, and leasing of office, retail, and industrial properties.  She also represents owners in connection with the negotiation of architectural and construction contracts, construction management and property management agreements, brokerage agreements, and service contracts.  Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Bryski was Of Counsel in the real estate group at Morrison & Foerster. From 2000 – 2003, she was based in Hong Kong where she represented U.S. and international clients real estate matters and a variety of business contracts.

Ms. Bryski has a business background and earned her CPA prior to entering law school.  She brings a business-oriented approach to contract drafting and places a great emphasis on meeting each client’s goals in a practical and efficient manner.

Kaiser Foundation Hospitals and Kaiser Health Plan, Inc.

  • Representation of Kaiser in the acquisition and disposition of over $1 billion in real estate for various hospital and medical office campuses, as well as stand-alone office and medical office properties throughout California.

Construction and Project Management

  • Represented the owner in connection with negotiation of the construction contract for a 22-story project including 197 residential units with above- and below-grade parking.
  • Represented the project manager in connection with negotiation of a project management agreement with the Exploratorium in connection with construction of the Exploratorium’s new home at Piers 15/17 in San Francisco.
  • Represented the owner in connection with the negotiation of the construction and architectural agreements for the complete renovation of the Pacific Telephone Building, an historic 26-story building in downtown San Francisco.

Leasing

  • Currently represents commercial landlord in connection with the sale and leasing of numerous office, industrial, and waterfront properties at a 650-acre waterfront campus.  Represented tenant in connection with the lease of a 144,000 square foot building in Contra Costa County.
  • Represents corporate tenants in connection with all aspects of leasing, including build-to-suit leases and work letters.
