Shartsis Files Third-Party Discovery Motions
on Behalf of Khodorkovsky

Partner Arthur Shartsis is leading the team at Shartsis Friese that has filed applications for orders granting third-party discovery in U.S. District Court in San Francisco, asking that Chevron Corporation and Cambridge Energy Research Associates (CERA) produce documents relevant to a high-profile criminal proceeding underway in Moscow against former Yukos Oil executive Mikhail Khodorkovsky.
