Represented national hotel REIT in the $540 million sale of a trophy hotel project in Times Square.

Represented SF Jazz in the acquisition and development of its award-winning concert hall and office building in San Francisco, the first stand-alone structure in the country built specifically for jazz.

Represented a major hospital system in the acquisition of hospitals and medical office buildings throughout the western United States totaling more than $1 billion.
