We have extensive experience representing investors and start-up companies in venture capital transactions and PIPES (Private Investment in Public Equity Securities) transactions. Clients include venture capital funds, strategic corporate investors, hedge funds and angel investors. Transactions range from early stage seed rounds through late stage venture rounds and private placements by public companies, and include common and preferred stock, secured and unsecured bridge debt, warrants and LLC units.
