Jasmine Huff is an Associate in the Firm’s real estate department. She handles a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including representing landlords and tenants in commercial leasing, purchases and sales of commercial properties in California and throughout the United States, 1031 transactions, and development. She also has experience representing clients in a variety of pro bono matters, including asylum cases, real estate matters, and wills and estates.

Prior to joining the Firm, Jasmine was a real estate associate at Reed Smith LLP in San Francisco and corporate associate at Dentons Cohen & Grigsby in Pennsylvania. While at Dentons, Jasmine represented clients in a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
