Shartsis Friese Team Represents Infinite Capital in Mach Industries Financing

Shartsis Friese represented Infinite Capital as a lead investor in Mach Industries’ $300 million Series C financing round, valuing the company at $1.8 billion.  The round was co-led by Ribbit Capital, with participation from various other investors, including Bedrock Capital, Sequoia Capital and Khosla Ventures. 

Mach is an American defense technology startup that specializes in building next-generation unmanned aerial systems (UAS), autonomous weapons, and decentralized manufacturing infrastructure. This financing round follows Mach’s recent acquisition of solid rocket motor manufacturer, Exquadrum, further enhancing Mach’s position in product development for the defense industry.   Additional information about the transaction can be found here.

The Shartsis Friese team was led by counsel Rob Purcell, and included partners Sergio Broholm, James Martin, and Noah Metz, counsel Kat Peters-Miller and associates Heather Durham and Emma Wolfe.
