For more than 25 years, Neil has been representing managers of hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate funds, venture capital funds, crossover funds, and evergreen funds and separate account managers. He represents private fund managers on formation, structuring, organization, compensation, operations, seed capital and joint venture arrangements and restructurings, among other types of matters related to their funds and management companies. Neil also represents investment advisers in their separately managed account businesses.

Having worked closely with investment professionals across multiple market cycles, he understands the commercial realities driving fund performance and investor expectations, allowing him to provide legal advice that is as strategic as it is precise.
