Shartsis Friese, once again, brought a strong showing of support to the San Francisco-Marin Food Bank’s 2026 Food From The Bar (FFTB) campaign, earning Platinum-level recognition.
An annual tradition, Shartsis Friese has earned Platinum-level recognition in 10 of the last 11 years, including the past six years in a row.
Overall, the 2026 FFTB campaign exceeded its goals, raising $563,585 in total from all participating firms, the equivalent of more than 1.1 million meals to feed neighbors in the two counties. According to Food Bank materials: “At a time when government at all levels is slashing funding for food assistance and inflation continues to put pressure on low-income people and service providers, your support enables us to continue our mission of ending hunger in San Francisco and Marin. Your partnership helps ensure that our neighbors don’t have to make difficult tradeoffs between the basics like food, gas, utilities, and medical bills.”
Next year’s FFTB campaign is scheduled to take place April 15-May 31.
