Michael Davis joined the Firm in 2025. His practice is focused on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, financing, and leasing. He also provides counsel to institutional residential and commercial landlords on a variety of operational and property management matters.
Before joining the Firm, Michael was senior in-house counsel at the prop-tech company, Divvy Homes. Prior to that, he was an associate at Fox Rothschild.
Represented the majority owner of a 60-unit apartment complex on the sale of its interest in the complex.
Represented a NYSE-listed insurance company, as lender, on approximately half a billion dollars in senior secured real estate loans.
Represented an investment fund on the equity raise and purchase of several apartment complexes.
Represented the borrower on a $60 million loan refinance secured by an industrial property.
As in-house counsel, provided legal support for the purchase and sale of residential properties (~4,000 properties) and related property management matters across nine states.
