With in-house experience on both the landlord and tenant side, Doug Pyle leverages a deep understanding of his clients’ businesses to help them achieve their goals in commercial leasing transactions.
Doug’s practice encompasses the full spectrum of real estate transactional law, including the development, acquisition, financing, leasing, operation, and disposition of all types of commercial, residential, industrial, agricultural and mixed-use properties. He regularly represents private equity funds, corporate owners and users, banks and other institutional investors, and small businesses and private individuals on all sides of real estate transactions. Doug’s leasing practice covers everything from office, industrial and retail leases to stadium and other entertainment venue leases to agricultural and renewable energy leases and agreements.
Doug uses his experience working in-house to look beyond the immediate transaction and to ensure that his clients’ medium and long term needs are addressed. He understands that closing the transaction is often only the first step in a lease, acquisition, joint venture or financing and provides counsel and guidance that goes beyond that mere first step.
