Drawing on experience representing clients ranging from early stage-startups to established global businesses, Heather maintains a broad corporate practice focused on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), technology-based transactions, venture capital financings and emerging company representation. She works with clients across a range of industries, including technology, manufacturing and healthcare, on general contractual and corporate governance matters. She also drafts and negotiates complex commercial and intellectual property agreements involving a wide variety of technologies and services.
Heather began her legal career at the global law firm Latham & Watkins, where she advised technology and life sciences clients on a variety of corporate matters across the emerging companies, capital markets and public company governance practice groups. She later joined a financial technology startup specializing in private market liquidity solutions, where she managed the execution and settlement of secondary market transactions and supported operations for the company’s fund administration and management business.
