Justin T. Henderson is a litigator who brings passion, precision, and practicality together to deliver clients the highest quality service.
Justin knew that he wanted to be an attorney in the first grade. This early focus feeds his daily dedication to providing exceptional representation in helping to solve each client’s legal challenge. Justin handles a broad array of matters in state and federal courts, including insurance coverage disputes, trust and estate disputes, construction litigation, and securities litigation among others.
Prior to joining Shartsis, Justin was a government matters associate at King & Spalding, LLP in Washington, D.C. During his time at K&S, he advised clients during investigations by regulatory and enforcement bodies, including the DOJ, Congress and State Attorneys General. He also managed data breach incident responses, ransomware attacks, and other cybersecurity crises.
During law school, Justin participated in externships with the East Bay Community Law Center and the Last Prisoner Project. Prior to law school, Justin was the inaugural Judge Herbert Phipps Fellow in the chambers of Judge Stephen Dillard at the Georgia Court of Appeals.
