Kevin’s experience includes trial and appellate briefing, extensive depositions, first chair cross- and direct-examination of witnesses at trial, supervising and mentoring more junior associates, and direct client contact. He is the complete package as a litigator, with a sharp professional presentation and a friendly and conversational personality.
Before joining Shartsis Friese’s Litigation Department in 2026, Kevin was a senior associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in Palo Alto, CA. He also was affiliated with Paul Hastings in Palo Alto and Venable in New York. Immediately after graduating from law school he clerked for the Honorable Robert A. Kirsch of the Superior Court of New Jersey and then for the Honorable Stanley R. Chesler of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
