With three decades of real estate law experience and a background in finance, Kathleen Keeler Bryski delivers sophisticated, results-driven counsel on complex transactions for large companies, healthcare providers, and property owners.
Kathy advises clients on a broad array of real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales, financing, and leasing of office, retail and industrial properties. She also represents owners in connection with the negotiation of architectural and construction contracts, construction management and property management agreements, brokerage agreements, and service contracts. She has represented commercial landlords in the leasing of numerous office, industrial, and mixed-use properties.
Prior to joining Shartsis Friese, Kathy spent more than 15 years in the Real Estate Development department of an Am Law 100 firm after beginning her professional career as a CPA. Her complementary legal and financial backgrounds drive her business-oriented approach to contract drafting and allow her to place an emphasis on meeting each client’s goals in a practical and efficient manner.
