SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 18, 2026: Shartsis Friese LLP is pleased to announce that Kevin J. White has joined the firm as Counsel in its Litigation practice. He will also work with the firm’s Securities Enforcement Defense and Fiduciary Duty, Shareholder & Partnership Disputes groups.
“Kevin’s experience at ‘Big Law’ firms in both New York and Silicon Valley will make a nice complement to our sophisticated representation of companies in areas ranging from shareholder derivative litigation to government enforcement matters,” said Managing Partner Neil Koren. “He has a strong combination of trial and appellate experience in complex, commercial litigation.”
Most recently, White represented clients in complex, commercial litigation from Gibson, Dunn & Crusher’s Palo Alto office, and previously at Paul Hasting, where he represented clients in shareholder inspection requests, SEC investigations, and federal and state securities class actions, among other matters. Prior to that, White was a litigation associate with Venable in New York, where he worked on matters ranging from trade secret theft to RICO violations.
White earned his B.A., cum laude, from Amherst College and his J.D. from New York University School of Law. During law school, he clerked for the Hon. Stanley R. Chesler, U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, and the Hon. Robert A. Kirsch, Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Civil Part.
