Amy E. Lehman is a partner in the Firm’s real estate department. She handles a variety of transactional real estate matters, including commercial leasing (office, retail, and industrial), acquisitions and dispositions, and real estate finance.

Amy represents landlords and tenants, including Fortune 500 companies, technology companies, institutional owners, and insurance companies in the preparation, negotiation, and review of office, retail, and industrial leases, ground leases, subleases, license agreements, and related documentation. She represents clients in the acquisition, disposition and development of real estate, including office buildings, shopping centers, commercial mixed-use projects, and multi-family housing projects. Amy also represents lenders (including conduit lenders), servicers, and borrowers in the negotiation and documentation of loan originations, loan assumptions, and loan servicing matters.

Amy is a member of the Firm’s Pro Bono Committee. Prior to joining Shartsis Friese, Amy was a partner at SSL Law Firm LLP in San Francisco.
