Brad Curtis represents a broad range of real estate clients in real estate transactions, including purchases, sales and financings of commercial properties including large office buildings, hotels, condominiums, apartment buildings, student housing, large-scale residential development projects and industrial properties throughout the United States. Brad’s financing experience includes traditional financing (including syndicated lending) and mezzanine debt. Brad also represents landlords and tenants in commercial leasing activity.
Brad joined the Firm in September, 2015, as an associate in the Real Estate Department. Prior to joining the Firm, Brad was an associate at Jones Day in San Francisco.
