A recognized leader in the commercial real estate industry, Jodi Fedor takes a holistic approach to helping clients navigate complex deals nationwide on behalf of developers, institutional and private investors, technology and consumer products companies, and other owners and occupants of commercial real estate.

Jodi draws on decades of experience in nearly all aspects of commercial real estate. She has advised clients on acquisitions, leasing, financing and other transactional aspects of both public and private development projects. Her previous and ongoing representation of both public and private sector clients, as well as parties on various sides of transactions ─ including both landlords and tenants, lenders and borrowers ─ provides valuable insight into developing solutions that best address the needs of all parties involved.

Jodi has been involved in many notable Bay Area mixed-use and residential developments and skillfully navigates through complex transit-oriented and other public-private development projects.

  • Represented a national developer in the acquisition and development (through a Disposition and Development Agreement) of a mixed-market and affordable residential tower in San Francisco’s Transbay Transit District.*
  • Counseled a national developer on the multiphase development of a transit-oriented mixed-use development adjacent to the Pleasant Hill BART Station.
  • Advised a technology company through the acquisition and development of its multibuilding corporate headquarters in San Jose.*
  • Drafted and negotiated multiple development and entitlement services agreements on behalf of both owners and developers.

  • Represented an institutional investor in the sale of environmentally impacted property in Silicon Valley.
  • Successfully completed the sale and leaseback of multiple properties throughout the United States and Canada for a Fortune 500 company.
  • For a global technology company, negotiated the assemblage through acquisition of multiple adjacent properties from multiple sellers for the development of a 96-acre corporate campus in Silicon Valley.*

  • Represented a Bay Area developer in the long-term ground lease from the City of Oakland for the development of an educational campus in downtown.
  • Over several decades, negotiated numerous full and multiple-building office and technology leases for a prominent Silicon Valley developer.
  • Handled multiple facilities leases throughout the United States and Canada on behalf of technology and consumer product companies.
