- Please do not submit a candidate’s credentials unless there is a valid fee agreement in place with the firm. Unless a fee agreement is in place, you will not be entitled to a placement fee.
- Attorney Candidates: All submissions for attorney positions (including lateral partners) must include a current resume and law school transcript (for associate candidates), and must be submitted to attorneyhiring@sflaw.com. Candidates submitted directly to individuals at Shartsis Friese will not be considered presented and will not be due a placement fee.
- Staff Candidates: All submissions for professional staff positions must include a current resume and should be submitted to staffhiring@sflaw.com. Candidates submitted directly to individuals at Shartsis Friese will not be considered presented and will not be due a placement fee.
- We will not accept any submissions where the candidate is not named.
- Postings for available attorney and staff positions are updated as often as necessary. Please review these postings carefully and only submit candidates that qualify for the available positions.
- Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the firm does not engage in retained searches. A placement fee will be paid only for candidates that are hired, and such payments will be made within 30 days of the successful candidate’s start date.
