  • Negotiated $300 million syndicated, secured revolving credit facility for a U.S. public company.
  • Represented a cosmetics company in negotiating a $10 million syndicated revolving credit facility secured by inventory and receivables in Canada and the U.S.
  • Represented a home goods manufacturer in negotiating a $10 million revolving credit facility with a private lender secured by inventory and receivables in Canada and the U.S.
  • Represented a canned foods producer in negotiating a $30 million secured revolving credit facility with a major U.S. bank.
  • Represented a private lender in negotiating a $40 million revolving credit facility with a public company.

  • Represented a private equity firm in negotiating a $26 million secured credit facility with a private lender, consisting of a $23 million term loan and a $3 million revolving credit facility, to finance the acquisition of multiple businesses.
  • Represented a private equity firm in negotiating a $138 million syndicated, secured credit facility, consisting of a $25 million revolving credit facility, a $105 million term loan, and an $8 million, nine-month bridge loan to refinance existing indebtedness and finance the acquisition of multiple businesses.

  • Represented various early stage and later-stage venture capital funds in negotiating subscription facilities ranging from $10 million to $100 million with various institutional lenders and commercial banks.
  • Represented a private-credit fund in negotiating a $10 million NAV facility with a commercial bank.
  • Represented a private credit fund in negotiating a $10 million hybrid facility with a commercial bank.

  • Represented private education-related institutions in negotiating construction financing ranging from $3 million to $31 million
