Amy E. Lehman provides strategic, practical counsel to clients on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions.

Amy handles a variety of transactional real estate matters, including commercial leasing (office, industrial and retail), acquisitions and dispositions, and real estate financing. With more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate law, Amy provides clear, actionable advice. Her clients value her ability to anticipate potential pitfalls and her dedication to finding practical solutions that protect their interests.

Working across property types, Amy represents clients in the acquisition, disposition and development of real estate, including office buildings, shopping centers, commercial mixed-use projects and multifamily housing projects. Amy also works with developers and owners to negotiate and document loan originations, loan assumptions and loan servicing matters.

Amy’s clients include Fortune 500 companies, technology companies, institutional owners and insurance companies. Her leasing work includes representing both landlords and tenants in the preparation, negotiation and review of office, industrial and retail leases; ground leases; subleases; license agreements; and related documentation.
