With experience including hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds and hybrid funds, Emma counsels clients ranging from first-time fund managers to seasoned firms with complex fund structures. She combines a practical approach with a strong grasp of SEC and state-level regulations, making her a trusted advisor to both emerging and established firms in the investment management space.
Prior to practicing law, Emma worked in higher education development and endowments at The Pennsylvania State University and The Ohio State University, igniting her interest in impact investing and mission-driven capital structures. In addition, Emma studied and worked as a professionally trained ballerina in New York City.
