Roey Rahmil helps businesses and individuals protect their rights using a flexible, case-specific philosophy that puts his clients’ interests first.
Roey’s litigation practice focuses on insurance coverage and real estate matters. He understands that each case is different, that not every dispute requires full-scale litigation or an aggression-first approach, and that most clients do not want to spend their time and money in court. He prides himself on his ability to resolve matters outside of court with minimal attorney’s fees. But some cases need to be litigated. When they do, Roey balances thoroughness with efficiency, and often uses strategic, high-impact motions to position his clients to win before or at trial.
Roey also understands that cases can be won or lost before the first papers are filed in court. When disputes are brewing, clients turn to Roey to help them thoughtfully structure their approach and communications to maximum advantage. Roey views his role as a counselor and advisor as equally important to his role as a courtroom advocate.
Roey is a first-chair trial lawyer with substantial experience in court and arbitration. He has also successfully handled appeals in state and federal appellate courts.

He regularly represents premier institutional landlords and cutting-edge companies in all manner of disputes concerning office, biotech, warehouse and other commercial property. He has also litigated nondisclosure claims, construction defect cases, purchase and sale disputes, mechanics lien claims, and other matters on behalf of both individuals and businesses.
