REPORTS TO: Assigned Attorneys
SUMMARY
Performs a variety of advanced secretarial duties including preparing legal documents and correspondence. Maintains close contact with attorneys, paralegals and clients; observes confidentiality of all legal documents and firm matters.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft correspondence with regard to clients and various regulatory agencies as well as preparation of closing documents with minimum supervision and instruction.
- Complete closing binders, SEC and other governmental filings. Perform electronic SEC filings via the Edgar System. Perform broad range of administrative support duties that require knowledge of specialized
procedures and terminology. - Maintain attorney calendar and travel arrangements.
- Use discretion and good judgment when contacting clients.
- Process incoming mail, enter attorney time on system, and prepare expense reports.
- Organize and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Assume responsibility for special projects.
- Provide administrative and overflow support.

- Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable, well organized.
- Desire to learn and cross-train in various different departments’ secretarial functions.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Edgar filings.
- Ability to type 60 wpm.
- Superior proofreading skills to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Strong problem solving and multitasking skills.
- Self-Starter with common sense and good initiative with strong secretarial and organizational
skills. - Willingness to assist and cooperate with others.
- Proficient knowledge of English language, grammar and spelling.
- Flexible with assignments and changing priorities and willingness to work overtime as required.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Minimum of four years of corporate experience in a law firm.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.

SALARY RANGE: The anticipated hourly salary wage range the Firm reasonably expects to pay candidates for the position is $60.00 per hour ($109,200 annually) to $66.00 per hour ($120,120 annually). The final annual salary wage offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience in the job, type and years of experience in the industry, education, and other factors.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Employee must work a minimum of three days in the office. This is a non-exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal with extensive hands-on experience in litigation technology tools to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in all phases of complex commercial litigation, leveraging advanced technology to streamline case management, discovery, and trial preparation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in all aspects of commercial litigation, including case assessment, discovery, pre-trial, trial, and post-trial activities.
- Manage and organize large volumes of case documents using eDiscovery platforms and document management systems.
- Conduct factual and legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses, and prepare exhibits for depositions and trial.
- Coordinate and manage electronic filings in federal and state courts.
- Utilize litigation technology tools to support discovery and trial teams.
- Review, code, and produce documents, ensuring compliance with discovery requests and court orders.
- Maintain detailed case calendars, manage deadlines, and assist with preparation for hearings and trials.
Essential Competencies and Skills
- Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with litigation technology tools, eDiscovery software, and trial technology (including technology used to display documents and play deposition video).
- Strong understanding of court rules, discovery processes, and electronic filing procedures.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial litigation; law firm or in-house legal department experience preferred.

SALARY RANGE: The anticipated base hourly salary wage range the Firm reasonably expects to pay candidates for the position is $78.57/hour ($143,000 annually) to $88.46/hour ($161,000 annually). The final salary wage offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience in the job, type and years of experience in the industry, education, and other factors. The standard firm work week is 35 hours.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: This is a full-time, remote/hybrid position. Employee is expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week or more depending on workload and client needs. This is a non-exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
