A strategic advocate across the spectrum of business and private disputes, Alexander R. Morrow handles a broad range of litigation matters and has represented clients at nearly all stages of litigation in both state and federal courts and in arbitrations.

Handling complex civil litigation, with a focus on insurance recovery and business disputes, Alex helps clients navigate sensitive and high-stakes litigation with practical insight and a steady hand. His practice includes representing high-net-worth individuals, small and mid-sized businesses and public companies in a wide range of civil disputes, including insurance coverage, fiduciary duty, shareholder and partnership disputes, trade secrets, trust and estate litigation, real estate disputes, construction claims, and consumer arbitrations.

Alex has represented clients through all phases of litigation in state and federal courts and private arbitrations and assisted in obtaining favorable results from dispositive motions, trials, and settlements. Whether untangling business ownership issues or pursuing insurance recoveries, Alex takes a grounded, client-focused approach aimed at resolving disputes efficiently and favorably.

Before joining the firm in 2022, Alex was at a regional law firm concentrating on insurance coverage investigation and litigation. His background includes work on commercial general liability, directors and officers, and homeowners’ policies, giving him insight into the complexities of insurer conduct and policyholder rights.

While in law school, Alex served on the editorial board of the UC Irvine Journal of International, Transnational, and Comparative Law, externed for the Honorable Laurel Beeler of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and worked in the Civil Rights Litigation Clinic. He was also a research assistant to several professors, focusing on banking and antitrust law. Prior to law school, Alex worked as a litigation paralegal at a major international law firm in New York, where he supported high-stakes commercial disputes and developed a practical understanding of litigation from the ground up.
