Lydia Davenport is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation department. She handles a broad range of business litigation matters in state and federal courts and in private arbitration. Prior to joining the Firm, Lydia was a litigation associate at Morrison Foerster in San Francisco.
Lydia received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. While in law school, Lydia served as coach and member of the Appellate Advocacy team and as an Executive Editor on the American Criminal Law Review. Before beginning her legal career, Lydia received her B.A. in Political Science from Brown University, where she was Captain of the Women’s Cross Country/Track & Field team.
