Rachel Sackett is an associate in the firm’s Investment Funds & Advisers practice. She specializes in the formation, organization and operation of venture capital, private equity and hedge funds and their general partner and management company entities. Prior to joining Shartsis, Ms. Sackett was an associate at Gunderson Dettmer in their Corporate Fund group.

Ms. Sackett received her J.D. from J. Reuben Clark Law School where she was the vice president of the Corporate Law Society and placed first in Utah’s University Growth Fund venture capital case competition.
