Frank Cialone Elected as Board Chair of the East Bay Community Law Center
San Francisco – December 15, 2009 – Earlier this month, Frank Cialone was elected as Board Chair of the East Bay Community Law Center (“EBCLC”), replacing Michael Loeb who had served in this position for fifteen years. Frank has been on the Board of EBCLC since 1998, and was most recently Vice Chair of the Board. EBCLC provides a broad range of legal services to low-income residents of the East Bay, and also provides clinical education to law students from UC Berkeley and other Bay Area law schools. EBCLC was also the first recipient of a three-year Shartsis Friese Fellowship.
