Joseph Soliman has substantial experience in the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of a broad range of real estate and finance transactions.  He represents real estate clients in real estate transactions, including purchases, sales and financings of commercial properties including multifamily projects, large office buildings, large-scale residential development projects and commercial properties throughout the United States.  Joseph also represents landlords and tenants in commercial leasing activity.

Joseph joined the Firm in May, 2019, as an associate in the Real Estate Department.  Prior to joining the Firm, Joseph was an associate at Mintz Levin in San Francisco.  During law school, Joseph worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable David O. Carter in U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.  Prior to law school, Joseph worked as an engineer for a large general contractor.
