Welcome to the Insights page for the Investment Funds & Advisers group at Shartsis Friese LLP. This inaugural post is intended to let you know what you can expect from this page.

In our many years practicing in the investment management and private funds space, we have developed a significant amount of thoughtful and practical content that we send to our clients and other friends in the form of letters and other updates. We also authored the U.S. Regulation of Hedge Funds, published by the American Bar Association, which provides a comprehensive overview of hedge fund regulation.

To make it easier to find our historical letters and updates, and to provide a searchable record of our ongoing updates and insights, we have collected everything in one convenient location.

Going forward, we will update these pages as new regulations and laws are passed and other developments occur that affect the industry and our clients.
